Yes, you can. However, the most recommended way to take care of your suit is hanging it so it naturally looses the creases. You can also press your suit at home. But be careful, it needs that you know how to do it. Always with a piece of cloth in the middle, flipping it inside out or using different temperatures depending on the fabric type, among others. How often should you replace suits? If you take care of them, depending on the usage, and your weight does not change too much, it will be a garment that you should own for many years.

How long will my order take?

Depending on the product (s) you have chosen, It could take more than 1 month to construct your dream suit. The time involves ordering the fabrics and accessories from fabric mills, creating your own unique suit pattern, cutting, making, approval of quality and delivery times. Please contact one of our consultant for an estimate time frame.

If Australia post is not successful in locating your parcel to complete delivery or are unable to return back to sender, no compensation is payable for loss or damage by Spendid Custom.

While we take missing/lost parcels seriously, Spendid Custom are not held liable for parcels that do not arrive to their final destination. If you claim that an order was not received but there is a signature obtained, we will open an investigation with Australia post, please note that orders not received are a case by case scenario and will need to be thoroughly investigated.

Ready-to-wear can be returned in 14 days from the invoice date. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete with all included parts. Additionally, the original tags on the product should be intact. The items must remain fully re-saleable, showing no signs of use. Spendid Custom reserves the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet these criteria and send them back with postage paid by the buyer. While returning the watch to us, customers are responsible for the parcel and its contents until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a registered postal service and keeping proof of postage. Spendid Custom cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods during transit. To ensure the product arrives at our warehouse in a resalable condition, please package it securely as per the original shipment. All returns carry some risk and responsibility for the customer, including any associated expenses.

If you wish to cancel an order of ready-to-wear, please contact us via email first. If the items have not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and process a refund. However, please note that there will be a deduction for merchant charges (such as those from Stripe, PayPal, or ZipPay), as Spendid Custom does not receive these fees in return. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Shipping fee for return will be on buyer’s cost. However, please note that there will be deductions for administrative fees (up to $40 for each returned tem), shipping charges, and merchant fees, which are not subject to refund.

If the item arrives faulty or damaged, kindly reach out to our team within 14 days since you receive the item. We will promptly guide you through the appropriate steps. The same procedure applies if you receive an incorrect item. Please note that we cannot replace an incorrectly supplied item until it has been returned to us by the buyer. In the case of returning faulty items, we will make every effort to contact the supplier and arrange a replacement. However, replacement items are subject to availability. If a replacement is not feasible, we will promptly refund the cost of the purchase, including any shipping charges. Additionally, we have the right to decline future orders from customers who excessively return items or have an unfair return history.

Additionally, any orders that are subject to custom make cannot be cancelled before shipping or refunded after purchase. Unfortunately, handmade and custom products are un-returnable and un-refundable. To allow our experts understand your body profile, we highly recommend our new customers order a fit sample in their first purchase.
